Why is a creditor listed in my bankruptcy still reporting to credit beareu, even though it is listed in my statement of affairs?

You’d have to ask the creditor – likely some one somewhere has made an error processing some paperwork. Unless of course your bankruptcy isn’t over yet.

So that you understand this clearly – your debts will be reported on your credit report until both you and your trustee have been discharged. So, if your bankruptcy hasn’t been completed then the creditors will still report the debt. It is only after your creditors have been notified that your bankruptcy has been completed that they will stop reporting the debt.
