Just want to ask this one question. If someone declairs Bankruptcy is their passport taken away for travelling to other countries…. (eg: Canada to the United States) ?

No, there is nothing done to your passport if you file for bankruptcy. In fact there are no restrictions on your ability to move or travel in any way, regardless whether this is across international borders or not.
