Can I file for Bankruptcy if I previously did a consumer proposal? What if my proposal was enulled?

, A licensed trustee said:

Yes you may – nationally, about 3 out of every 10 proposals are annulled because people can’t maintain the payments. In almost all of these cases the individuals involved end up filing for bankruptcy.

You may use the same trustee you used for your proposal or you may contact someone new.
