Court date?

I was under the impression that my trustee would be required to book a court date for me if I didn’t pay my surplus on time. My 9 months was over in April, and I haven’t heard anything about a hearing. What should happen now?

This may depend on a number of things, but if your surplus is sufficient then your bankruptcy may have been automatically extended to 21 months and a court date wouldn’t happen until that point. Either way, if you have a question contact your trustee.
