I declared bankruptcy in 2005 and have now lost some of my income and can not pay all of my debts and loans. Is it possible to declare again in this short period of time? I am from BC

It is possible to declare bankruptcy a third time. But you must be advised that each successive bankruptcy becomes more difficult. As a result it is important that you discuss the potential ramifications directly with a local trustee.
