Yes, until you are discharged you will remain in bankruptcy. Bankruptcy law is federal which means it applies across Canada. IF you are moving you should speak to your trustee BEFORE you move to make sure you’ve done all the things that require you to attend in person (that way you won’t have to make a trip back to complete your bankruptcy).
