i went bankrupt 11 months ago and i recently received an audit for the three previous years. Will i still have to pay?

Unless there is something unusual about your audit then any additonal taxes that CRA may assess you for the period BEFORE you filed for bankruptcy should be included in your bankruptcy. You should contcat your trustee immediately and discuss this with them.
