What is the date of my discharge

I filed for Bankruptcy in February 2008, I was conditionally discharged in Nov 08 as they miscalculated amount to pay each month and gave me a conditional discharge of which will be paid in full Nov 09. What is the date of my discharge that I use if considering a mortgage in a year or so. Is it the date of Nov 08 or Nov 09 once full amount paid to trustee under the conditional discharge. Hope this makes sense.

A licensed trustee said...

November 2009 is when you will be discharged from bankruptcy. That’s the date people will be interested in. The early date was for a Conditional Discharge – you aren’t fully discharged until the Conditions have been met.
