After One Year Going to Court

Due to my gambling issues . I finished several gambling counseling My Trustee opposed discharge Because my gambling losses My trustee told me that i will need lawyer !Why do I need a lawyer ?
Please someone can explain .What s happen in court?

You would have been advised to get a lawyer so that you would have someone representing your interest. Your trustee is an officer of the court and as such cannot represent you, but has to be impartial. For more information on this you are best to discuss it with your trustee.
