i would like to know is when i file bankruptcy is my workplace has to know.or will know?

It is very unlikely that your employer will be contacted if you file for bankruptcy reform. There really are only a handful of times it would be necessary to contact an employer, the most common of which would be:
1. If you fail to provide tax information to your trustee;
2. If you neglect to submit income verification with your income and expense statements;
3. If you are currently subject to a wage garnishment and your trustee needs to inform them of the bankruptcy and the associated court protection that removes your creditors ability to collect on their debts.
