In normal circumstances the mortgage companies want to see at least two years after the completion of filing a bankruptcy and some consistent efforts to repair your credit.
The problem is that a second bankruptcy does not constitute normal circumstances, so it is difficult to determine what the criteria would be necessary. The best thing to do is to contact either your bank or a mortgage broker and ask them this questions.
