Hello.

Can you clarify something for me.
Assuming I have filed for bankruptcy and have officially been discharged after 9 months. ( 2009 )

For the rest of my life, if I am asked when applying for a loan / cc, have I ever been bankrupt ? My answer must always be YES.

Even if 20 years have past when I was officially discharge ( 2029) !!

Is this TRUE ?
