As long as the lottery (or whatever you’ve won) occurred after you were discharged then no one has a claim to the money. If the lottery happened during your bankruptcy and you simply waited for your discharge to claim your winnings then the winnings actually belong to your bankrupt estate (for your creditors).
As an aside, no one can compell you to repay the debts that were included in your bankruptcy (that’s why you filed after all), but if you decide to repay them you may apply to the Court to have your bankruptcy annulled. This doesn’t happen very often, but it can be done…
