Pros and Cons of annulling my banckruptcy

If I annul my bankruptcy and offer a proposal to the only creditor that made a claim, will the other creditors come after me and begin the harrassment process again because they see that I am able to pay back one of them?

If you file a consumer proposal to annul your bankruptcy, you would have to make this proposal to all of your creditors, not just your proven creditors in the bankruptcy. If you file this proposal and only one creditor proves their claim and votes, then you will be cleared from all of your creditors.
