Husband Filed For Bankruptcy
Further to my question posted on November 17, my ex-husband already sold the car privately but not for enough to have the lein taken off the loan. Can the car still be repossessed?

This depends on when the car was sold and whether or not he has filed for bankruptcy. If he has filed for bankruptcy the loan behind the loan will be cleared, so it is pretty easy to have the lien removed and no one can enforce the lien. If a bankruptcy hasn’t been filed then it could be a larger problem.
