Will crossing the border (eg. visiting the U.S. and coming back to Canada) be a problem after I have declared Bankruptcy.

There is nothing in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act that will restrict you from traveling. Therefore as long as you can afford to pay the required amount into the Bankruptcy Estate if you have enough funds for travel then you have nothing to worry about. The only thing you may want to confirm with your trustee in advance is whether there are any meetings that your trip may conflict with.
