Vehicle

After a person has filed bankruptcy, gave his car to the trustee, can that person purchase a used car for a couple of hundred dollars or could that vehicle be seized?

There is no problem with you purchasing a used car. The only recommendation is to keep the equity value under the amount that is allowable in your province.
