Certaonly, in fact, you may move to a different country if you want to. The only catch is that you must maintain all of the duties you are required to perform as part of your bankruptcy. One of those duties is to receive credit counseling and if you are planning a move, I think you should try and make certain you’ve completed your counseling before you move. Otherwise you may have to come back to Nova Scotia to complete the sessions in order to complete your bankruptcy.
