Credit cards
August 24th, 2008 by Questions
I forgot to tell my trustee about one of my credit cards, how does that work? Does it automatical get filed with the rest or do I need to contact them to tell them about it? Can the credit card company come after me to pay it?

Call your trustee and add the forgotten credited card to your list of debts – if you’ve used the credit card since you filed you will be required to repay any purchases that you’ve made and your trustee may place some other restrictions or duties upon you.
If it was an honest mistake you’ve got nothing to worry about.
