Two years after Bankruptcy
June 16th, 2008 by Questions
It`s been two year since i`ve been discharged. I got a HorizonPlus Secured Credit card immediately after my discharge. My beacon score is above 700 now. How long do i wait before applying for a real credit card?

From the sounds of it you are in a good position to apply for a real credit card any time now. Your beacon score is healthy, you have proved yourself with the HorizonPlus so things should be pretty straight forward. Although, you may want to contact Horizon and investigate the possibility of them rolling your existing card over into a regular card, this may be the quickest and easiest way to proceed.
