If you realy must file bankruptcy for a third time be prepared for the procedure to be extended – depending on the facts of your case you may remain in bankruptcy for up to 3 years while teh Court asesses your discharge. Once you hav ebeen discharged the fact that you filed for bankruptcy a third time may be reported on your credit bureau for 14 years or more.
