Inheritances and bankruptcy.

I went bankrupt for my second time mainly on my student loans as the first time I had not been out of school long enough. So I went bankrupt and I do have a good job but after 6 months my father died. It was unexpected and I do have some inheritance coming but afer speaking with the Licensed Insolvency Trustee and asking how much will they take they`they say all of it`. I am devastated as I may

I am very sorry to hear about your loss and wish I had better news for you, but any time someone is in bankruptcy and recieve an inheritance or lottery winnings it is an asset that is lost as legally any benefit of these funds belongs to your creditors.
