If i went bankrupt 30 years ago do I still need to declare that to the Licensed Insolvency Trustee?
How long does the gov`t keep this info on file?
Thanks
Chris

As part of your trustee’s preparations they will do a search for prior bankruptcies in the Court system – if you haven’t disclosed the fact that you’ve been bankrupt before (even though it was 30 years ago) it will draw into question everything else you may have told your trustee – if you don’t tell them about the prior bankruptcy they are going to wonder what else you haven’t told them about.
