Should I file for Bankruptcy?

I own a business which has been really unsuccessful this year to the point where I ahve accumulated a net loss. I have bank loans of $50,000 which I haven`t paid. The assets I have are my products in which I have no clientelle for, and I have no money to pay back my creditors.
Should I file for bankruptcy?

Just like the last posting from the 72 year old gentleman, we can’t simply tell you whether or not you should file for bankruptcy on a free website. It is certainly an option, but not your only one.
