filing taxes after discharged

If i failed on jan31/07@was released on nov01/07fully discharged and my trustee filed previous year taxes did my refund go to my credetors and how many more years must i file with a trustee once i have been dischared and is your trustee to give you a copy of any taxes filed for you with a brackdown of what was paid to your creditors?also what happens to your refund when your trustee files a per and a post in the year of bankruptcy if you already were discharged were does any refund go to because it wouldnt go to creditors nowing you have been dischared from any dedt? does the trustee keep that ?if there is a refund.

Unfortunately, whether or not your trustee is entitled to your POST refund is a metetr between yiu and your trustee. If when you filed bankruptcy you “assigned” your POST return to your trustee then your trustee is entitled to the refund, if there is one.

You’ll have to call your trsutee and see what you agreed to at the start of your bankruptcy.
