A bankruptcy is registed with the credit buruea for 6 years from the date you are discharged from bankruptcy. At that point all record of the bankruptcy is supposed to be purged from their history.

If this time frame has elapsed and you still have comments showing up the problem may be that the credit buruea is unaware of your discharge. so by sending them a copy of your discharge certificate you may easily be able to clean things up.
