Supplementary credit card
November 1st, 2007 by Questions
I was offered a supplementary Mastercard for my wife which I accepted without consulting her. That card arrived and she never used it. If I file for bankruptcy, is she still responsible for that debt even though she was never consulted or signed any documents?. Thank you.

If you file bankrutpcy it will have no impact on any joint debt or debt in someone elses name, regardless of who actually incurred the debt.
