Does it mean I am not bondable after declaring bankruptcy

I declared bankruptcy. Does that mean that I am not bondable (employment criteria)? I have a clean criminal background. I live in the province of Ontario.

You are not bondable by most insurance carriers while you remain an undischarged bankrupt. Once your bankruptcy has been completed you should be bondable. The only way to be certain is to contat the bonding agency that your employer uses and ask them directly.
