The filing of a bankruptcy is listed with both credit bureau’s for 6 years from the date you are discharged from teh bankruptcy.

Therefore if you were discharged in roughly august of 2002 it would be listed until August 2008. Although this is assuming you have made no efforts to re-establish your credit rating, the more efforts you make the quicker this blemish will be dropped off.
