Fraud in declaring bankruptcy
September 17th, 2007 by Questions
I read in the FAQ that it is fraud to not admit that you have declared bankruptcy in the past. My question is, who and under what circumstances might a person be asked…`Have you ever declared bankruptcy`?

The circumstances are quite broad and may include anything from applying for a loan, leasing an apartment, or perhaps a job application. This doesn’t mean that it is guaranteed to happen in all those circumstances, in fact I would argue that very rarely will you run accross this question, but it is always possible.
