10 Day holding

After the absolute discharge has been signed by the court, why does the court hold it for 10 days prior to sending it back to the trustee?

The law allows 10 days for decisions of the Court to be appealed. Until the 10 dyas have passed the Court doesn’t know if the decision will stand.
