Do I really need to claim bankruptcy

My debts are in Ontario but I have recently moved to British Colombia. If I work in BC and have a bank account can anyone in Ontario have access to my BC bank accounts?

If you are sued in Ontario your creditors will be able to use that Court Order in BC to go after your wages, bank accounts, etc., etc., etc…
