In order to complete your credit counselling sessions by this manner you would need to file a request with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (“OSB”) through your Trustee’s office. Normally these requests are granted when a person resides in a remote area and unable to attend at a Trustee’s office. Your request may also be approved when there are medical issues or other extenuating circumstances. You would need to outline your reasons to your Trustee. They would draft a letter to the OSB and then the OSB would send them written approval.
