If you know you are going to file a consumer proposal then you shouldn’t make any large money transfers between cards. If you do this would be considered fraudulent as you have no intention of paying the new bank and if it is found out that you have acted in a fraudulent manner you wouldn’t be eligible to have these debts included within a consumer proposal/.
