If a consumer proposal gets rejected, am I able to use another trustee to file for bankruptcy? How quickly must I do this? And will I have to pay my current trustee anything?

Yes you may use another trustee to file for bankruptcy. As to whether or not you’ll have to pay the first trustee something fro their time, that is between you and the trustee, but I expect the trustee want to be paid (and if they aren’t paid why woudl another trustee want to take on your file?).
