No, the administration fees come out of the normal payments in the consumer proposal. So with most trustee’s offices you simply make your monthly payments, which start from the date you sign the actual consumer proposal and then every 30 days make your additional payments as will be specified in the propsal. The administration fees will then be deducted out of the payments as the proposal progresses.
