Personal Loan while still in a proposal

I am currently ina proposal for the last 15 months on a 48 month proposal. My husband requires dental work that is not covered by my benefits. Is it possible to get a personal loan to cover these costs, maybe with a co-signer?

There is no restriction that will prevent you from getting a loan, however you may need to contact a few places to find someone who is willing to lend due to the presence of the proposal. However, you will find the availability of a co-signer will make finding a willing lender much easeier.
