If bankruptcy is filed after foreclosure notice. can the mortgage lender come after you for any deficiency in sale of home after your dissolution is filed?

No, as long as the foreclosure was commenced prior to the filing of a bankruptcy, then it is simply an unsecured debt that is cleared by the bankruptcy.
