Renter

The owner of the building in which I have a store has declared bankruptcy. I have the second mortgage holder telling me I have to move my business out in one and a half months. Does this person have the right to tell me this or should this directive come from the trustee?

You need to speak to a lawyer – not a free website. You have rights, but we don’t get into commercial scenarios here.
