Trustee
I declared bankrupty months ago. My mother recently passed away. I have been named a Trustee/Excutor for the will.
Can I be a Trustee since I have not been discharged yet?

I don’t think so, but the estate’s solicitor should be able to tell you for sure. The reasoning is simple enough – you cannot hlod finds in trust for anyone if you have declared yourself to be insolvent (which you had to do to declare bankruptcy).
