desperate

I have a 2005 dodge truck. From what I understand I am not allowed to keep it. Am I permitted to transfer ownership? Could you please advise what the rules and regulations are surrounding this.

Transferring the ownership is a bad idea. Consult with a local trustee first. Your vehicle may not be at risk as there are provincial exemption laws that allow you to protect some assets. But discuss this with the local trustee, but above all else don’t just transfer property as the ramifications of this can be quite significant.
