Hello
I have about 85K of credit card debt. I am currently not working. Will you take money i have saved in bank? Do I have to surrender all my credit cards or just the c cards debt belongs?

If you are looking at filing a bankruptcy you will lose most of the money that is in savings and you will not be able to retain any credit cards. Also be advised, if you use any of the money in savings keep all receipts as you will have to account for any money spent out of savings while you were insolvent and if the monies weren’t used for necessities then you may have to pay a portion of it back as part of the bankruptcy.
