I have a truck and its already paied for and i dont want to loze it i also use it to make money here and there

Well in Alberta you are able to have a motor vehicle that is worth up to $5,000. If your truck is worth less than or equal to that then you won’t have any problems. If the truck is worth more you may be able to purchase some of the non-exempt equity out of the bankruptcy estate. This will depend on circumstance so you should contact a local trustee directly and they will help you understand what needs to take place.
