2nd time bankruptcy

Unfortunately I have to file bankruptcy. I successfully completed a proposal some years ago. Will this be considered my second bankruptcy?

No, a consumer proposal is distinctly different than a bankruptcy.

Now you will have to disclose that you previously filed a consumer proposal, but rest assured that this is distinctly different and won’t have the same impact as a previous bankruptcy would.
