Gambling and trading debt?

I have a considerable debt from misfortunate Forex investing and online poker gambling. Both are in the past, but can this fact somehow be critically viewed by the creditors?

This is an interesting question as creditors typically takes a fairly passive role in a bankruptcy. But there are some situations that creditors can become more involved and a case like your is potentially one that will catch the interest of your creditors. What your creditors would most likely do if these issues concern them is oppose your discharge. This allows the creditor to go to court and explain to the court why they don’t think you should be released from your debt. Then it becomes the courts decision as to whether your behaviours merited a condition or penalty be placed upon you. As these can be significantly different depending on where you are I would recommend you pose the same question of a local trustee as they will be more familiar with the policies and practices of the courts in your area.
