2nd time bankruptcy question

if i have a co-signer on a bank loan can I keep paying the loan payment and not include the bank loan in the bankruptcy?

I bought my daughter a car through Ford Credit and the car is registered in my daughters name, will a bankruptcy affect the loan?

I own a car with a loan, will I be able to keep my car?

I have previously claimed bankruptch approx 30 years ago and I am working three jobs.

Thank you
Kim

You should discuss this with your trustee when you go in for your initial consultation. But as a general rule, if the loan is secured by a vehicle and the loan is being paid, then the bankruptcy doesn’t impact that loan or the vehicle at all.

This will apply to both your daughters car and to your’s as well.
