When you file for bankruptcy in Ontario you are permitted to keep one motor vehicle of up to a value of 5,650.00. The other vehicles will have to either be sold as part of the bankruptcy, or you will have to have them appraised and re-purchase the vehicles from the bankruptcy estate.
