Repossesion

If my vehicle has been repossesed and I have been informed that I have 21 days to bring the payments back in line, can the company have the vehicle moved to another city to sit at an auction site to wait out the time?
If they can am I responsible for the towing cost to the other city?

At the point that you have defaulted on the loan realistically the company can take any measures they deem necessary. This may include having the vehicle moved to another city, and often does, but it is up to the creditor. As for who covers the costs, this is a cost that would come out of the sale proceeds.
