The minimum cost to file bankruptcy in Canada is set by each individual trustee and is usually around $200 per month. But there is a little fluctuation from region to region so you are best to contact a local trustee to verify what is expected in your jurisdiction.

However, there is more than just the minimum, so make sure you ask about surplus income obligation and the other things that must be considered. The trustee will walk you through all of this.
