I still have a legal bill to pay in regards to child custody, does this get included in filing bankruptcy or do I still pay this?

A licensed trustee said...

It depends on a couple of things: whether or not you are done using the lawyers services, and whether or not a Cort ordered you to pay the costs. Make sure you discuss this in detailo with your trustee BEFORE you decide to file.
